Victor Smith - CEO, HPT
Victor Smith, co-founder of High Performance Technologies, serves as the company’s CEO. He has more than 25 years of experience in the IT services industry. His background is customer support, sales and marketing. He has always been huge advocate for a customer-focused approach to providing technology services.
Smith is responsible for building upon the company’s Datacenter Services offerings including storage and virtualization. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining executive-level relationships with customers and partners and setting the vision for future growth.
Prior to High Performance Technologies, Smith served as Territory Sales Manager with Premier Systems Integrators, where he was instrumental in achieving over $150 million in annual revenues. He was also instrumental in growing that company into one of the nations’ largest IT solutions providers with offices in all major metropolitan areas of the Southeast.
Smith’s professional career in the technology industry includes his role as Major Account Sales Manager with Computer Associates where he marketed enterprise management tools. He also held several positions at Hewlett Packard including Sales Engineer, Partner Business Manager, and Customer Engineering.
Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.

Mark Cullum - President, HPT
Mark Cullum, President of High Performance Technologies, has over 25 years of experience in the IT services industry. As co-founder and one of the primary members of the company’s leadership team, Cullum reinforces the company’s philosophy of constantly maintaining a knowledgeable, ethical and trustworthy business that focuses first and foremost on customer relationships and needs.
Cullum is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of High Performance Technologies as well as executive-level relationships with vendors and partners. He is also part of the leadership team responsible for driving growth.
Cullum’s IT career began in 1982 with Policy Management Systems where he served as Account Manager overseeing the Workman’s Compensation System implementation for the State of Oklahoma. He later joined Enterprise Computer Systems, a provider of financial and inventory systems targeted to the building material industry, as a Software Sales Manager responsible for the selling, implementation, training and overall account management. He then joined Hewlett Packard where he served as Territory Manager and Account Manager.
Prior to High Performance Technologies, Cullum served as one of the instrumental members of the highly successful Premier Systems Integrators Sales team which grew this company into one of the largest national resellers of server and storage solutions including HP, IBM, SUN, EMC and STK.
Cullum holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Winthrop University.
Her experience with customer service, sales support and server/storage technology has brought a well-rounded perspective to the creation of an infrastructure which supports the company’s mission.
Jennifer Broadnax, Vice President of Operations, has worked nearly two decades in the computer reseller industry. She has been responsible for HPT’s Operations since its inception in 2002. Her experience with customer service, sales support and server/storage technology has brought a well-rounded perspective to the creation of an infrastructure which supports the company’s mission. Her focus on low-volume, high-value solution sales has contributed greatly to the company’s customer-oriented success.
Broadnax began work in the IT industry as Inside Sales Support for a CAD software developer and an HP, Sun, SGI reseller. She then moved to Premier Systems Integrators (later Dimension Data) and served in the areas of Purchasing and Inside Sales Support working with HP, IBM, Sun, EMC and STK Enterprise Solutions.
Fueled by a desire to grow a company from the ground up, Broadnax joined Victor Smith and Mark Cullum to launch the HPT enterprise.
Broadnax holds a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina.
By focusing on the customer, and providing highly skilled sales and technical talent, HPT continues to grow at a rapid pace. McNabb’s industry experience and positive management philosophy further expands this connection with HPT’s customers.
Jim McNabb, VP of Marketing and Partner Alliances, has over 30 years of successful sales, management, and channel marketing experience in the Information Technology industry. This experience includes 12 years in management and senior management sales positions. His broad IT sales experience brings a unique perspective to his role as VP of Marketing at HPT.
During his career McNabb held various positions at HPT, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, and Digital, where he worked with customers in the manufacturing, banking, and healthcare industries as well as the public sector and federal government. During his tenure at Hewlett-Packard, he worked closely with HPT and has been an integral part of this company's growth since its inception.

McNabb holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Florida.
Marty brings more than two decades of experience in services, sales, and management from the Information Technology industry.
Marty Chilton, Vice President of Sales and Services, brings more than two decades of experience in services, sales, and management from the Information Technology industry. During his career he has held various services, sales and management positions at Hewlett-Packard, where he worked with customers in the manufacturing, banking, and healthcare industries as well as in the public sector and federal government markets.
He has served HP as consulting and integration sales territory manager for a comprehensive portfolio of services and as national account manager; leveraging business solutions into the vertical financial industry and territory commercial accounts for cross-industry solutions.
Chilton holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management from the University of Redlands, California and a certificate from the Executive Management Institute, Babson College.
